Free Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority or USPS 1st Class depending
on weight. Bicycles and
Framesets ship via UPS ground.
Upgraded Domestic rates are located in the shipping tab.
Combined Upgraded Domestic orders pay shipping for the item that has the
highest rate (for the selected class). All Additional items ship for free.
International rates are located in the shipping tab.
International shipping is by weight. Simply add items to your cart
to view shipping rates and options.
Handling:
Items are shipped in the order in which
they are received by our shipping department. We ship Monday thru
Friday and most orders received by 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will
ship the same day. All others will ship the following shipping day.
At the end of the shipping day you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. International 1st Class and Priority shipments will not receive a tracking number as USPS does not offer it. You can also log into your account at anytime and view the tracking status of your package.
We ship to the address you provide at checkout, not your paypal
address. We ship to most countries and APO/FPO's. Shipping is via USPS. Most service levels are available.
30 Day Return Guarantee: Simply contact us for an RMA Number and we'll refund any purchase for any reason on un-used items with their original packaging less S&H. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date. A Restocking Fee of 10% will be applied.
